Look no further! We are currently seeking experienced professionals.

We are looking for an experienced Manual Machinist​ with CNC experience to operate a range of lathes and milling machines.

​The Role

The primary focus of the role is to effectively operate CNC & Manual type machines in a “jobbing” type workshop. Machining of various types of components related to mobile mining equipment, underground equipment and various other industries.



Requirements

Role requirements

  • Able to complete precision type work as per trade requirements
  • Proven jobbing type work experience
  • Program and operate various CNC machines desirable
  • Experience using Fanuc, Heidenhain or Mazak controllers
  • Competently operate manual type lathes
  • Able to complete work in an efficient manner
  • Accurately fill out job documentation as per QA requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility in maintaining safety, quality, and environmental practices
  • Display consistent values and behaviours
  • Effectively interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining requirements
  • Good communication skills
