Job Summary:
• Oversee all aspects of clients HR department, including administration, legal compliance, policy/ procedure, benefits, compensation, hiring, retention, investigations and termination
• Managing, coaching and developing teams to improve engagement, productivity and compliance.
• Develops and reviews human resource policies on periodic basis to ensure they are current with the company culture and responsive to current legal or regulatory perspectives.
• Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, visioning, organization planning, talent assessment, change management and team building.
• Directly oversee and conduct investigations that tend to be the most complex, have significant risk or are high visibility situations. Act as a collaborator and consulting partner for legal team on complex questions and cases.
• Assist in the design and manage the implementation of programs and initiatives that further the company-wide D&I strategy and contribute to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Establishes and maintains salary ranges that are market competitive and internally equitable to enhance recruitment and retention of employees.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top tier talent and solidify organization as a Top Place to Work.
