As our Physiotherapist …

You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team — including Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, and our Shared Services team — dedicated to delivering integrated, person-centred care.

You will support a diverse caseload spanning:

• Aged care clients in home or residential settings
• NDIS participants (children, adolescents, adults)
• Community and private clients across rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic care needs

By delivering:

• Complete holistic, functional assessments across physical function, mobility, postural control, and pain
• Design and implement physiotherapy plans that restore independence, movement, and confidence
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Assistants, and other professionals to deliver integrated care
• Prescribe tailored exercise programs, mobility aids, and environmental modifications
• Deliver evidence-based education and coaching to clients and carers
• Maintain clear, professional clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional learning

You will bring ...

• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Experience or interest in community, aged care, or disability sectors
• Confidence in conducting functional assessments and developing goal-directed interventions
• Collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and a genuine client-first approach
• Current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport (preferred)
