Position Requirements

• Strong experience in Western cuisine (e.g. modern Australian, bistro-style, European classics)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (head chef or senior chef experience preferred)
• Ability to independently manage food preparation, cooking, and quality control
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance standards
• Ability to work well within a team and manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality Western-style dishes
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards
• Assist with menu planning and daily kitchen operations
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Asian cuisine experience is preferred.
• Control food costs and maintain a clean, organised kitchen
