Our Private Hospital is currently recruiting for experienced Registered Nurses within a range of wards including Surgical, Medical and Paediatrics. We have permanent part time, full time and casual options available for the successful candidate.
Our hospital has provided excellence in clinical and pastoral care to the people of Bundaberg and its surrounds since 1946.
Located within the medical precinct on Bourbong Street, our hospital is a 59-bed facility featuring four operating theatres, a fully equipped day surgery unit, and a wide range of specialist clinical services.
Salary range: $40.27 - $51.74 per hour (RN Level 1) plus super (plus 25% casual loading if applicable) + 11.5% super + generous not-for-profit salary packaging + access to many staff benefits
What you'll be doing
The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of care within the scope of practice and professional guidelines that include, but may not be limited to: legislation, regulations, standards, codes, qualifications, registration and clinical competencies.
Registered Nurses provide evidence-based and contemporary patient-centred clinical care in collaboration with other multidisciplinary healthcare team members. Care delivery extends to patient advocacy with particular consideration to patients' physical, emotional and spiritual needs that contribute to optimal clinical outcomes.

To be successful in this position, you will have the following:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 (Registered Nurse) with no practice restrictions
- Digital and computer proficiency, extending to Microsoft 365 applications
- Minimum of one-year post graduate experience
- Australian Citizenship, permanent residency, a current work Visa with no restrictions or an applicable ANMAC occupational code if seeking Visa sponsorship
