Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to joins us at the Parts Distribution Centre in South Guildford on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Product Planning Manager, the successful candidate will help maintain the supply of inventory to our distribution stores and branches across Western Australia, manage supplier relationships, purchase inventory, process supplier invoices, and assist with reporting and data extraction.

Additional responsibilities will include general administrative tasks, timely customer service through phone, email, and helpdesk support, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory management.

Location: South Guildford, WA

Roster: 5/2 8hrs

To be successful the following is required:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role
Hold a current qualification relating to Data Analytics – highly desirable
High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced computer literacy, SAP – highly desirable
Strong organisational, time management, and planning skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
