We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team, deliver a large volume of dishes to a high standard. Work with fresh produce, with weekly changes and the ability to learn all areas of the kitchen. Be mentored and reporting directly into the Head Chef, where you'll be part of a talented team that is passionate about food and respectful of each other and their environment.
Our hotel, located in Erskineville, is a popular venue for locals, celebrations and a casual lunch or dinner. Our team is passionate and creative, working as a team in a fast paced venue delivering the magic that keep people coming back for more.

Our roster ethos is to operate off a consistent roster and a mixture of days and nights, with an aim to have some time off for work life balance. Sometimes during the silly season, these may vary but is a balance we are committed to achieving.
A few elements of the role, include:-
- Delivering exceptional food and service, ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality
- Minimum 2 years experience as a CDP or equivalent
- Function catering experience
- Experience on grill and pan section preferred
- Fluent English essential
