Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook & Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with the creativity and expertise to contribute to our menu and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards and recipes.
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Develop and create new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook, Chef, or similar role in a high-quality restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
