2 years experience working at a Sous Chef level within a fine dining restaurant
Experience of cooking with fire is preferred
Detailed and in depth knowledge of food and produce
Strong leadership and training skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
