About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Service Coordinator for our Darwin branch. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead activities in the region, with the support of the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Outcome delivery to our Customers – inclusive of workshop activities, field service provisions, facilities maintenance, repairs and rebuilds.
- Manage Spare Parts and Warehousing requirements for the Region, including order fulfilment, parts interpretation, customer queries.
- Coordination and scheduling of Service Technicians within the Region
- Build, manage and maintain customer and client relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering solutions, monitoring operational processes, and promoting safety to build a safe work environment.
- Health and Safety interactions for your area, including reporting and incident investigations.
About you:
- Full unrestricted ‘C’ Class Driver’s License – HR and forklift licences desirable
- Experience in industrial mobile plant, mineral processing, or bulk materials handling equipment preferable
- Be physically capable of performing manual tasks
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
