We’re seeking a Lead Security Technician who’s ready to take ownership of projects, drive quality outcomes, and be a key part of our expanding team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning and fault-finding of advanced electronic security systems
- Oversee installations to ensure technical excellence and compliance
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver seamless outcomes
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technicians
- Work exclusively on commercial projects—no residential work involved
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in electronic security—especially commercial systems
- Strong background in commissioning and advanced fault-finding
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A team-first mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for the trade
- Open Cabling Licence and relevant product certifications preferred
- Current driver’s licence and full work rights in Australia
