Head Chef - We are looking for an experienced Full time Head Chef

Sunset Sabi is a modern Japanese restaurant which seats 100 guests. Sunset Sabi is part of Good Good Company which also includes Chica Bonita, Busta and Noon, all located in Manly.
Japanese/Sushi experience preferred but not essential
We will offer you a competitive wage or salary based on your experience. Candidates should have:
- Previous head chef or senior sous chef experience
- Experience breaking down whole fish preferred
- Experience with japanese cooking preferred but not essential
- Any sushi experience is a bonus
- Ability to manage a team, roster, cost of goods and menu development essential
- Team player
- People first management attitude
- Clean and good hygiene and presentation
- Experience in stock ordering is a bonus
- Able to have fun with their team, and customers
- Have an interest in quality produce and gourmet food concepts
- Be fast, efficient and work well under pressure
- Have effective communication skills
- Flexible hours/roster
