We are seeking an experienced Chef and Waitress for a new Café & Restaurant specialising in Western and Indian cuisine. The venues are soon to open across Katoomba, Lithgow, and Bathurst.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
. • Must have full work rights (preferably candidates on a 485 visa)
. • Ability to work collaboratively and manage operations efficiently.
