The Role
As Venue Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations, manage and develop a passionate team, and ensure every guest receives top-tier service. You'll bring energy, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail to every shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a busy pub, bar, or tavern setting.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills—you lead from the front and bring out the best in your team.
- Financial Savvy: Confident with budgets, wage control, and operational reporting.
- Hands-On Approach: You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working a mix of days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent Communicator: Professional, clear, and confident with both staff and customers.
