Lead a busy retail patisserie and café
Oversee all front-of-house operations and team performance
Drive a high standard of customer experience and product display
Manage stock control, ordering, and rostering
Support the local marketing and business development efforts

What You'll Need

Fluent English both spoken and written
3-5+ years of retail management experience
Previous experience working in a European-style bakery, patisserie, or café ideally in the UK or France
Formal qualifications in retail, hospitality, or business (Diploma level or above required for visa)
Willingness to relocate to regional Australia
