About the Facility
Our Client is one of Australia's largest and fastest-growing aged care providers, with a mission to deliver outstanding care and support to residents across 80 homes nationwide.
The Home is a modern, 144-bed aged care facility located in a quiet residential area in regional Victoria. The home is designed to accommodate a variety of care needs, including short-term respite, long-term residential care, dementia care, and palliative care.
The facility features five separate 'small home' areas, each with its own shared lounge and dining options, providing a more intimate and community-oriented environment for residents. Residents have access to a range of amenities, including a hairdressing salon, games room with a pool table, and a chapel.
The Role
As a permanent full-time Residential Aged Care Manager, you will:
• Create a warm, welcoming home environment that residents and their families love.
• Address the evolving needs of residents and staff.
• Ensure efficient and safe facility operations while maintaining high care standards.
• Manage financial performance, including meeting revenue and occupancy targets.
• Empower your team, fostering growth, and enhancing their professional development.
• Build strong connections within the community, benefiting both residents and staff.
Skills & Expertise
• Experience in managing 100-bed homes.
• Has minimum of 5 years of experience as a RACM
• Has strong clinical and leadership background
• Has AHPRA Registration
Benefits
• Basic annual salary of $140,000 to $160,000
