Experience in Implementation of Service catalogue items, Incidents Management, SLA's, Knowledge Management, Configuration and Asset Management
Experience in ITSM, ITOM, GRC IRM, Sec Ops portal integrations
Implement monitoring tools with SCCM, Intune
CI completeness and configuration
Planning, Implementation risk management
Vulnerability scanning
Life cycle management
Automation
Understanding of Business requirement and planning for execution
Good Communication and verbal skills
Visa sponsorship available for successful candidate.
