We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and creative Sushi Chef to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and provide professional guidance and direction to kitchen personnel where required. You will also be required to ensure recipes, food preparation, and presentation meet our restaurant's specifications and demonstrate a high-level commitment to quality. You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.
What you will need:
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- At least 3 years of Sushi Chef experience is highly regarded.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Japanese language skills are a plus!
- Mon-Sun Availability: Roster work.

Hourly wage:
- Weekday: Start from $36 + Super.
- Weekend: Start from $43.20 + Super.
- Public Holiday: From $72 + Super.
