We are looking for a dedicated professional to contribute to the fabrication and assembly of our specialised equipment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks to construct and assemble glass handling equipment, including A-frame trolleys, glass racks, and custom transport solutions.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Conduct quality checks on fabricated components to meet high standards.
- Collaborate with our design and manufacturing team to support product development and customisation.
- Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder/Metal Fabricator (qualification in welding or metal fabrication preferred).
- Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques.
- Ability to work with various metals, including steel and aluminium.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to travel as required for installations or client support across Australia.
- Valid Driver's License is an advantage.
- Valid work rights in Australia (Student Visa 482 holders are welcome to apply).
- A team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
