About the Opportunity
We have a full-time opportunity for a Delivery Operation Specialist to join our team based in Brisbane. This role focuses on managing delivery operations, enhancing delivery efficiency, and ensuring a high-quality delivery experience. We are a passionate team with great potential and growth opportunities.
In this role, you will oversee the performance of delivery drivers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for implementing service policies, gathering feedback from drivers, and using data to drive operational improvements that benefit both drivers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and performance evaluation of delivery drivers, ensuring a healthy and sustainable driver ecosystem.
- Monitor driver operations and efficiency; collaborate with relevant departments to enhance overall driver satisfaction and customers experience.
- Optimize driver-related service policies and oversee associated activities and budget planning.
- Gather market insights and driver feedback through multiple channels to support continuous improvement.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to develop and refine daily operational strategies within the region.
- Responsible for platform driver enrolments.
What you will bring to the table
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to understand and support the needs of delivery drivers, building effective and lasting working relationships
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data analysis tools
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin; proficiency in a third language is a plus
- You must have a valid visa to work in Australia.
