Concreters, steel fixers, formwork carpenters, labourers and supervisors who are willing to live and work in Kalgoorlie are invited to apply.About Us:Flanco are a growing civil contracting company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division.Flanco are seeking experienced Final Trim Operators to join our team. These are local residential positions only where you would live and work in Kalgoorlie, with a 11-day fortnight roster (No FIFO).Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, steel fixers and formwork carpenters will be highly regarded.About You:

Experience in a similar role
Earthmoving tickets: Minimum 3 years' experience at +-10mm tolerances
All rounder experience and willingness to help out on the ground - formwork, steel fixing, concrete - essential
Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License. HR license preferred but not essential.
White Card
Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
