Your duties:
- Provide support and leadership to your team.
- Coordinate completion of care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Liaise with residents, families, and health care professionals.
- Promote a safe working environment for all residents and staff.
- Monitor the quality of resident files, progress notes and observation charts.
Experience & skills:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Masters/Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
- An understanding of Aged Care or willingness to learn.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
