Mount Sheridan is set 15 mins from Cairns CBD, within lush tropical surrounds with views of the mountains, it’s a picturesque place to call home. Our modern care home has easy access to the local community, public transport and a large shopping centre close by. It consists of 125 beds, a with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

We’re always looking for ways to improve, and you’ll be playing a pivotal role in the pursuit of best-quality outcomes for much loved and valued residents. Hourly rates range between $34.04 - $48.01 and is dependant on your level of experience.

- A passion and energy for world class care
- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
