About the role
We are looking for a Chef to join our professional kitchen staff of 10 and grow within the role! working directly with owners and head chef your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Input toward all menu's
- input towards chef specials
- Train and supervise over 8 staff (for senior roll)
- Enforce and follow all HACCP Rules
- Ensuring all safe food practices are maintained
- Produce innovative and delicious food experiences.

Skills and experience
- Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable brasserie/restaurant
- Proven experience leading kitchen staff of 5 - 10 (if applying for senior roll)
- Passion for food!
- Ability to motivate and work in a team.
- A can do attitude.
