About the role:
We have several exciting opportunities for RN’s within the aged care sector to join compassionate and supportive teams across various aged care facilities. You would be responsible for playing an integral role within a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality care to residents by ensuring you participate in personal tailored care planning, assessments and evaluations, whilst becoming the key contact between residents, healthcare professionals and their families.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is essential with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working within aged care is essential
- Visa sponsorship: 482 visa considered for suitable candidates
- Must have National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Relevant vaccination and immunisations
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
