Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women throughout pregnancy, labor, and postnatal periods.
- Offer expert guidance and support during labor and delivery, including high-risk pregnancies.
- Perform antenatal and postnatal assessments, ensuring the health and well-being of both mother and baby.
- Deliver personalized care including breastfeeding advice, emotional support, and postnatal education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each patient.
- Participate in on-call duties and provide consistent, high-quality care at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a midwife, with expertise in labor and delivery, maternal care, and neonatal assessments.
- AHPRA Registration: Current and valid.
- Proven ability to manage high-risk pregnancies and provide support during complex deliveries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
