Position: Psychologist
Salary: $85k - $100k + Super + Salary Packaging + $6k Car Allowance

Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological and behaviour support services to school-aged children, young people, and adults with disabilities, their families, and carers.
- Manage a caseload of individuals with diverse psychological needs, conducting assessments, developing tailored plans, and providing ongoing intervention.
- Conduct psychometric and psychological assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of need.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and review intervention programs, ensuring a holistic approach that fosters optimal well-being.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and behaviour specialists.
- Participate in service planning and contribute to the growth and development of the Allied Health Team.
- Support the philosophy of person-centred practice and engage in collaborative goal setting.

Qualifications:
- Recognised Degree in Psychology with full or provisional registration as a Psychologist in NSW with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities, including those with complex needs and dual diagnoses.
- Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with other service providers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and standards impacting service delivery to people with disabilities, including the Disability Inclusion Act 2014.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
