About you:

• 5+ years experience as a Chef, suitable for an experienced Senior CDP looking to step up 
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus
• Experienced at scheduling and co-ordinating the work of chefs and other kitchen employees to ensure that food preparation is economical, technically correct and within budgeted wage cost goals
• Confident in recruiting, training & development, mentoring, chefs and apprentices
• Lead by example, guide and inspire a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience and further develop the business
• Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Demonstrate solid organisation skills, as well as a strong ability to follow and implement procedures
• Be passionate about what you do, innovative and experienced
• Creativity in food plating
