The Asset Services is an integrated multi-trade services provider specialising in solutions to critical asset owners and property managers. It operates in critical infrastructure environments such as airports, defence, retail centres, healthcare, rail, transport, logistics. It has a team of 180 dedicated professionals that deliver maintenance services & minor works projects for Fire, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Building Services. With lots of projects and contracts in place there is plenty of work for now and into the future.

About the Opportunity
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for routine preventative maintenance, corrective/break down repairs and installation of a wide range of HVAC systems including;
• Split systems
• Ducted systems
• Motorised dampers and actuators
• Chilled water fan coil units
• Condenser Water and Chilled water system’s
• AHU’s
• VSD’s
• Pumps, Cooling towers

About You
• Qualified and experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician
• Dual trade as an Electrician or hold/can acquire a restricted Electrical Licence
• Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Blue/White Construction Card
• Proven experience in the service, maintenance, and installation of equipment within the building services industry
• Comfortable working on mobile platforms and portals
