About you:

• At least 3+ years of experience as Head Chef
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, support, and mentor the team
• Experienced  in recruiting, training & development, mentoring, chefs and apprentices
• Experienced at scheduling and coordinating the work of chefs and other kitchen employees to ensure that food preparation is economical, technically correct and within budgeted wage cost goals
